Hotel arrangements at the
Hyatt Regency Chicago must be made separately by each attendee. Call Hyatt Regency Chicago Reservations at (888) 421-1442 and refer to the
Council for Opportunity in Education Room Block, or you may make your
reservations online. The cut off date is
August 15, 2013, or when the COE Block is filled.
The
Council for Opportunity in Education/Hyatt Regency Chicago Meal Package includes one set (single rate) or two sets (double rate) of meal tickets for four (4) meal functions — the
President’s Dinner 
(.pdf), the Educational Opportunity Dinner, the Walter O. Mason Luncheon, and one (1) full breakfast. The meal package is valued at $238.50 (inclusive of tax) per person per night.
