Priority #2 — Training on: budget management; and the legislative and regulatory requirements for operation of the Federal TRIO Programs.

The following trainings are designed for staff working on projects under the TRIO Programs other than the Upward Bound Programs, including the Upward Bound Math/Science Program and Upward Bound Veterans Program - Educational Opportunity Centers Program, Talent Search Program, Student Support Services Program, and the Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement Program.

The following trainings are designed specifically for staff working on projects funded only under the Upward Bound Programs, including the Upward Bound Math/Science Program and Upward Bound Veterans Program.

TROUBLE PAYING WITH A PURCHASE ORDER? — If you are trying to register and pay with a purchase order for a meeting, seminar, conference and/or event online via our website and are not able to do so the reason may be because of the following: The computer you are using must have Java installed and enabled. As soon as you select "Pay by Purchase Order" our website launches a Java-based script which will not run on a computer where Java is not installed and enabled.

If you need further assistance, please call and explain your problem to our Information Technology Team. They will be glad to assist you in determining if Java needs to be installed and/or enabled on your computer.
